Is there some way to guarantee the e-mail sent and received from a specific site or domain is encrypted?
When deployed correctly, PerfectMail can protect your network and servers from incoming e-mail borne threats. However, it cannot protect your systems from viruses that invade your systems through other means, such as web browsers and other Internet clients, or physical media like CDs or USB drives.
PerfectMail recommends that you implement anti-virus scanning in each location of your mail infrastructure. As an edge-based mail filtering solution, PerfectMail has its own embedded anti-virus engine. However, we recommend installing anti-virus software on other serves and devices, including mail servers and workstations, to provide complete and multi-layered virus protection.
