Do support incidents expire?
Support Incidents are "billable" support queries.
The Support Incidents included in your license renewal expire with the license and are replenished on license renewal.
Supplemental Support Incidents purchased along with the license renewal or during your license term never expire.
Support Incidents included with the license renewal are always used before supplemental Support Incidents.
