Why is mail still going to my Outlook junk folder when it is not spam?
Unfortunately, this is outside of the scope of what we can do with PerfectMail. Outlook may be performing additional spam filtering, that PerfectMail cannot control. You can read more about the Outlook Junk Email Filter at the following links:
