It looks like messages are disappearing from the message store when I expect they should be there. I cannot view message body for messages that should be stored on the server.
This is likely a problem with the archive settings. Check the Archive settings are correct before checking other things on Server. Go to "Admin=>Archive" and select the "Message Storage" tab to see your settings.
The first two groups of check boxes should be checked on; namely:
The other check boxes can be turned off.
The default setting stores both valid e-mails and messages for which there may be uncertainty with filtering decisions.
Note: For most servers the majority of e-mail is spam, and a great deal of that we are able to block with a high degree of certainty. Adjusting this settings may cause your server to store a huge amount of e-mail, perhaps affecting the functionality of this server.
