e-Mail Authentication update.

Various minor improvements to interface, security, spam filtering, etc. Notable changes are below.

• Reworked DKIM enable/disable switch to be domain-centric.
• Minor updates to SPF, DKIM, DMARC code.
• Resolved a minor memory leak issue.
• Integrate DKIM and DMARC analysis into the Dynamic Profile engine.
• Add Authentication-Results header to e-mails
• Fix problem where from header domain extraction was not working
• Fix problem where DKIM signing was not happening for private IP ranges.
