Did you know you could give negative spam scores to words and phrases in the Content Filter1 screen? Negative content values can reduce the spam score for messages which can drastically reduce your false positive rates.
Try to identify words and phrases that your organization commonly use, but that spammers rarely (or hopefully never) use. Then populate these phrases in the Content Filter1 screen? .
