You can easily add comments to our support articles and give feedback. Your comments and suggestions will be integrated into our existing documentation and website to help continually improve our product.
For speedy support, create a support ticket at http://www.perfectmail.com/support. This page is integrated with our new trouble ticketing system. You can quickly get the support you need using this new feature.
We adding new information to our knowledgebase on a daily basis and invite your comments/annotations to help serve the PerfectMail community.
We are always interested in your feedback and suggestions. We pride ourselves on being a responsive solution provider.
We are now striving to keep you informed with what we're doing here, and how you can help to reduce the spam that gets through your server. We now have a NewsLetter, RSS Feed, and Twitter Account to get you the information you need in a timely manner. In the near future we will replace the current announcement page on the dashboard with a smaller area directly linking to our RSS and Twitter feeds.
