Is there an Outlook plugin?

Question: Is there an outlook plugin or local account for spam reporting with PM?

Yes there is! You can report junk e-mail directly from Microsoft Outlook™ with just one click using the Junk E-mail Reporting Add-in. Microsoft™ has provided an add-in for Outlook to allow you to report your spam as Junk using just one click. Using the Junk E-mail Reporting Add-in, PerfectMail is able to identify and immediately train your spam on your local PerfectMail server without you having to use the PerfectMail console.

To report spam:

1. Select the junk email (spam) messages in your Outlook Inbox (up to 10 spam messages at a time).
2. Click the Report Junk button.

If you do not have a 'Report Junk' button, you do not have the Outlook Junk E-mail Reporting Add-in installed on your computer. Contact your mail administrator and ask for it to be installed or refer to the Microsoft Outlook Junk E-mail Reporting Add-in knowledgebase article.
